Roscani Valerio

Valerio Roscani is Technology Analyst at the Fondazione E. Amaldi Foundation. He holds a PhD in Astrophysics and is specialised in image analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms applied to optical and infrared satellite images. Valerio is a member of the National Contact Point team for the ESA InCubed+ programme and in this context he is in charge of providing technical and commercial support to companies – large companies, SMEs and startups – intending to access ESA InCubed+ funding programme through the analysis and evaluation of their submitted project ideas integrating space assets. His duties also include supporting European project management and project development in the fields of business applications, open innovation and space technologies. Finally, he coordinates the technology advisory and due diligence team for the Primo Space Venture Capital fund.
