7th Innovation & Know-How Transfer Exhibition

Dear all,

Welcome to 7th Patras IQ -Patras Innovation Quest Exhibition of Innovation & Know-how Transfer, that will take place from December 4 to December 6, 2021 by virtual and digital means, due to the current special circumstances.

Setting up of the virtual booths has already started and we would like to invite you to register as exhibitors by filling in the following online participation form. Choose the booth that suits you most and create your digital promotion material.

For the smooth running of the Exhibition, the better organisation and service provided for all participants, please read carefully the Rules of Participation in the exhibition and the instructions included.

Brief information

1st registration period (early registration) until 31/10/2021 registration cost: 50 € (+VAT)

2nd registration period (late registration) until 10/11/2021 registration cost: 100 € (+VAT)

Attention: The application is considered valid after the registration fee is been paid within the above dates.

Discount Policy: a 50% discount, on average, in the 1st period (early registration) and 30%, on average, in the 2nd period (late registration) applies

Cancellation Policy: A strict cancellation policy applies; no reimbursement of the registration fee is foreseen in either of the two registration periods.

For the smooth conduction of the Exhibition, the best organization and service of the visitors, we kindly ask for the strict compliance to the Regulations for Participation in the Exhibition.

After the successful deposit of the registration fee via e-pay, depending on the period, your registration will be confirmed by UPAT’s Finance & Administration Unit (Special Account for Research Grants), via an automated message.

Dear exhibitors,
We kindly inform you that after the final submission of your application it will not be possible to change any of the submitted data. Modifications can only be made in exceptional cases and for a limited number of files or information after proper justification (e.g., in the case of new research results). The relevant communication should be made with patrasiq@upatras.gr and always respecting your registration period deadline (early registration until 31/10/2021 and late registration from 1/11 to 10/11).
